Jeremy Jordan

Senior Vice President – Commercial

  • 20 years of combined experience in the energy and investment banking industries
  • Co-founder of IACX primarily focused on the Company’s commercial efforts; responsibilities include: identification, structuring, and negotiation of greenfield projects and asset acquisitions; product marketing, including residue gas, NGLs, and helium; and gas supply; prior to IACX, worked as an advisory to private and public companies seeking institutional financing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University

Tony Hines

Senior Vice President – Operations

  • 38 years of engineering, operations, and management experience in the energy industry including 5 years as General Manager and 10 years as the Senior Vice President of Operations of public and private independent energy companies
  • Responsible for technical, operational, exploration, construction, and business units at these companies with a wide range of operations including: natural gas gathering and processing; natural gas and natural gas liquid transportation; natural gas liquid fractionation and storage; oil and gas exploration and production; hydrocarbon refining; and electric power generation
  • Bachelor of Science in Radiation and Nuclear Technology from Oklahoma State University and graduate program courses in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Oklahoma

Herbert Reinhold

Chief Technology Officer

  • 34 years of engineering experience in the industrial and natural gas industries
  • Co-founder of IACX; responsible for the technology development, process design, and project management for industrial scale gas separation processes; processes included separation of atmospheric gases, purification of helium, and removal of impurities from natural gas; awarded ten patents related to gas separation technologies
  • Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, both from the University of Maryland
