About IACX

IACX Energy was formed in December 2006 by the principals of Inter-American Corporation (Dallas, Texas) and Haddington Ventures, LLC (Houston, Texas) for the purpose of deploying a fleet of scalable nitrogen rejection assets into active areas.  Later, IACX management introduced helium recovery to its offering. IACX brings upstream E&P and midstream expertise to producers. IACX engineers have developed and deployed innovative PSA systems, specifically involving gaseous hydrocarbon separation from inert gases, which have led to multiple patents.

IACX maintains a flexible approach to the deployment of our technology-based gas treating assets, and will consider any of the following projects:

  • Leasing of gas treating units
  • Joint ventures in high-nitrogen or helium recovery projects or where midstream infrastructure is needed
  • Acquisition of high nitrogen or helium reserves
  • Acquisition or construction of gathering and processing assets
